Thunderbird houses all 1-bedroom apartments, located at the end of Center Street, adjacent to the Martha Rose complex. These apartments have approximately 480 square feet of living space.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a large living room/dining room combination, a roomy bedroom with a large walk-in closet and full bathroom. Each apartment also has an air conditioner in the bedroom.

Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and blinds can be found in every apartment.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the basements of each Martha Rose building.
